Macally BlueWave consists of a transmitter dongle that connects to iPod. The headset also serves as a wireless streaming device, all it takes is to connect the home stereo system to it’s line-out port. The iPod is used as a remote and can serve up songs from as far as 30 feet from the headset or home stereo system.

**Bluewave supports 3rd, 4th & Mini Generation iPods. The plastic notch by the earphone plugin on the Bluewave transceiver needs to be removed for it to sit properly on top of the 1st & 2nd generation iPods.
